Notifications Overview
Notifications can be used to send important updates to users either within the portal or via email.
- Portal notifications are notifications that are sent within the portal.
- Email notifications are sent directly to a user’s email address, such as a MFA authentication code that is sent to authorise login.
Portal notifications #
Portal notifications will either show on the bottom right of the screen for important notices or under the notification bell next to user details. If you dismiss an onscreen, you can click the notification bell to view the notification later.
The notification bell lists your portal notifications and gives you the option to Mark all as read or Show all notifications. If you show all notifications, you can view a list of every portal notification you have received. From here you can:
- Filter for specific notifications
- View a notification by clicking Show details
- Execute bulk actions to either mark all as read and read/unread selected notifications
Email notifications #
Email notifications go directly to your email address. If you are expecting an email notification, make sure to check all your inboxes, including junk. Once an email event is triggered, customer admins can then view the notification details in Notification history.
