Troubleshooting error messages
If you see the following error messages in the portal:
- If an error message with code 403 appears and states that the access is restricted, it means that your role does not have the proper authorisation to view this section of the portal.
- If an error message similar to ‘We are sorry. An error occurred during operation’ please contact your service provider.
- If the platform is down, please contact your service provider.
