View Customer CDRs

What role/s can view this? All customer roles.

Call Detail Records (CDRs) are listed in your customer area where you can view usage information and export CDRs for further analysis.

To view CDRs navigate to Customers and select the CDR tab.

Export all CDRs #

  1. Navigate to Customers
  2. Select the CDR tab
  3. Click Download XLS

All CDRs will be exported into a .XLS file.

Export specific CDRs #

  1. Navigate to Customers
  2. Select the CDR tab
  3. Apply Filters to list the relevant CDRs (See Search and filters)
  4. Click Download XLS

The filtered CDRs will be exported into a .XLS file.

Note:  The export file will contain all the columns that are visible in the CDRs table. To change what data is exported, remove columns you don’t need to export
