Customer Knowledge Base
Customer portal overview
Customer users will access the customer portal to either view or manage settings depending on your role. This Knowledge Base has been designed to support you with configuring settings and understanding the portal features.
To get started take a look at what you’ll see on your screen when you first log in:

| 1 | Toggle whether the sidebar is visible or not. |
| 2 | View notifications. |
| 3 | View options to manage your account: – View your roles – Access your profile – Sign out |
| 4 | The dashboard features graphs showing SIM or data usage and provides links to key product areas. This can be customised to suit your needs. |
| 5 | My section features a quick link to your profile area and your customer details. |
| 6 | This is the sidebar menu to navigate to key product areas. |
