Password management

If you forget your password or need to reset it for security purposes this can be easily managed with the FUSION IoT Portal.

Note: Passwords must be at least 16 characters and be different from the previous 10 passwords.

Change password #

If you need to update your password you can do this when editing your profile:

  • 1. Click on your details and select Profile
  • 2. Click Edit profile
  • 3. Select the checkbox next to Change Password
  • 4. Enter a new password with a minimum of 16 characters
  • 5. Click Update Profile
  • The password will be updated
  1. Log into the FUSION IoT Portal using your existing details
  2. Click your profile information
  3. Click Profile
  4. Click Edit Profile
  5. Tick the checkbox next to Change Password
  6. Enter a new password and confirm it
  7. Click Update Profile

Your password is updated

Forgotten password #

If you’re logged out of the platform you can do a password reset.

  • 1. On the login page, click Forgot your password
  • 2. Enter your username and email, then click Send
  • 3. An email will be sent containing a password reset link you can click to log in to the portal
  • 4. Enter a new password and click Change password
  • 5. Log in to the portal with your new password
  • 6. Enter the verification code and click Verify code
  1. Navigate to the FUSION IoT login page
  2. Click Forgot your password?
  3. Enter your Username and Email
  4. Click Send

A password reset link is emailed to you.

Use the link to create a new password and login.

Note: The link expires after 2 hours. After this time you will need to click Forgot your password? again.
