Roles introduction
What are roles? #
Roles are groups of settings that apply to users which enables access to different features. Your role is assigned by your partner and you can view your roles in the customer portal.
View your roles #
You can view what roles have been assigned to you when viewing your user details.
- Log into the FUSION IoT Portal
- Click your profile information
Any assigned roles will be listed under Your active role.
If multiple roles have been assigned, you can swap between them which will change what features you interact with. To swap roles select the radio button next to the relevant role.
Customer roles #
There are 2 customer roles:
| Role | Overview |
|---|---|
| Customer admin | The customer admin role ensures all features within the partner portal can be viewed. |
| Customer user | The customer user role ensures users can view their SIMs and customer details. |
