User Logs

What role/s can do this? Customer admin

Logs are information and data that is stored when specific events happen. You can view events such as when a user logged in, what time the event was and session duration. This can help you understand how users interact with the portal.

View user logs #

  1. Navigate to Users & Roles → Users
  2. Locate the relevant user
  3. Click Detail in the Actions column
  4. Select the Logs tab
